We keep things fair and straightforward. Here is how we operate our mobile detailing service.

Cancellation Policy

To reschedule or cancel: Please give us at least 24 hours notice via text at (469) 905-1768 or through your booking confirmation link.

  • Cancellations with 24+ hours notice: No charge. We'll reschedule you anytime.
  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice: $25 late cancellation fee.
  • No-shows (we arrive and cannot access the vehicle): $35 fee.

We understand life happens. If something unexpected comes up, just text us as soon as you can and we will work with you.

Weather Policy

Mobile detailing requires dry conditions to perform correctly. Here is how we handle bad weather:

  • We monitor forecasts the evening before every appointment.
  • If rain, thunderstorms, or extreme heat (over 100°F in direct sun) is expected, we'll contact you the evening before to reschedule.
  • Rescheduling due to weather is always free, no exceptions.
  • If weather becomes an issue day-of after we've already arrived, we'll discuss options with you on-site.

North Texas summers are brutal — we won't rush a job in unsafe conditions and compromise the results.

Satisfaction Guarantee

If you're not fully satisfied with your detail, contact us within 24 hours of service completion. We will return and correct the issue at no additional charge.

This guarantee applies to the quality of work performed. It does not cover pre-existing paint damage, scratches, stains that were disclosed as permanent, or damage caused by neglect or improper care after service.

Vehicle Condition Terms

Our detailers will inspect your vehicle at the beginning of the appointment. The following rules apply:

  • We reserve the right to adjust pricing on vehicles with excessive dirt, biohazard material, heavy pet hair, or conditions significantly beyond normal wear.
  • If condition-based pricing applies, we will notify you before we begin — you're never charged more than agreed without your approval.
  • Vehicles with active pest infestations cannot be serviced.

Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon completion of service.
  • Accepted methods: Cash, Card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay.
  • Invoices for completed work are non-negotiable once the final walkthrough has been approved by the customer.

Privacy Policy

We collect your name, contact information, vehicle details, and address solely for scheduling and service purposes. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties. All booking information is processed securely.
