Yes, we will need access to a standard outdoor water spigot and an electrical outlet. Since we detail right in your driveway, we typically hook up to your home's utilities. If you are booking at an apartment complex, condo, or office building where these outlets are not accessible, please contact us beforehand — we can arrange to bring our own water tank and power generator, which may incur a small equipment setup fee.
Your driveway, your office parking lot, an apartment complex — anywhere you can park legally is fine. We just need reasonable access around the vehicle.
Surface takes ~1 hr 10 min. Cabin takes ~1 hr 30 min. Full Detail takes ~2 hr 30 min. Signature takes ~4 hr 30 min. We'll give you a more precise estimate based on your vehicle's size and condition.
You don't need to be present the whole time, but we do need you available at the start to confirm access and at the end to do a walkthrough before payment.
We accept cash, credit card, Zelle, Venmo, and Apple Pay. Payment is collected after the job is complete and you approve our final walkthrough.

Yes — we just ask for at least 24 hours notice. Late cancellations (under 24 hours) may incur a $25 fee. No-shows are charged a $35 fee. See our full Cancellation Policy.
Spray wax (included in Surface package) gives a quick shine and light protection that lasts a few weeks. Paint sealant (included in Full Detail & Signature) chemically bonds to the paint and lasts several months with significantly better protection.
It's a premium liquid coating that chemically bonds to your paint and creates a hard, hydrophobic layer that repels water, dirt, and UV damage. Our Signature package uses a spray-grade graphene ceramic coating that lasts approximately 6–12 months.
